FT Grocery Manager:

We are seeking someone dedicated and passionate about natural grocery and organic produce. This position would be 40 hours a week, with consistent days but will include some weekend days and may include some closing shifts. Thursdays, Mondays & Tuesdays are required. As a Grocery Manager, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, ordering through different avenues, receiving shipments, maintaining attractive endcap displays, and leading the staff to ensure exceptional customer service.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate for the Grocery Manager position should possess prior experience in grocery management or a related field. A robust understanding of inventory management practices and ordering procedures is essential. Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail are vital for overseeing complex operations. Effective communication and strong leadership abilities will enable efficient team coordination. Proficiency in utilizing inventory management software and point-of-sale systems is crucial for seamless operations. PT Customer Assistant:

We are seeking up to 2 people who want to work 2 – 5 days a week. A position would be approximately 9 – 28 hours. Includes weekend days and evening shifts, availability until 8:30pm. As a Customer Assistant, you would work directly with customers to help them choose the right product through the knowledge you obtain from ongoing training and education and then finish the transactions at the register. You would also be expected to help keep the store stocked, and you must be detail-oriented to help keep up with expiration dates and markdowns.

Qualifications and Skills

A Customer Assistant will be required to have customer service experience, and register experience is a plus. You should also have a positive attitude and be able to prioritize and multitask effectively. The Customer Assistant should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and should be able to stay on task during slower times. The ideal Customer Assistant should also have a passion for health and for helping people.

PT Smoothie Bar:

We are seeking someone passionate and dedicated to making our smoothie bar an amazing destination. This position is for Tuesday – Saturday 11am – 3:30pm. Hours have the ability to expand throughout the week with growth opportunities. We may also be looking for someone Saturday & Sunday 11:00am – 3:30pm to help run our smoothie bar. Schedule consistency is required for this position.
