Nature’s Best planted it’s roots in Sheboygan with Tricia Brost and her former husband Teek in 1994 as a health food store with a small adjoining cafe, now known as the Weather Center Cafe. In 2006 Tricia Brost moved Nature’s Best over to it’s current location, 837 Riverfront Drive where the business continued to grow. A new owner, Jon Krasselt took over in October 2015 to continue offering natural foods and supplements to the Sheboygan area. Jon started his journey in the health and wellness category in his father’s store, The Plan-It Earth Health Centers in Marshfield, WI. While Jon was at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh he worked at a little health food store on main street. Having had the opportunity to purchase that store it is now what we call Nutrition Discount Center. Jon has continued expanding throughout the Fox Valley with locations in Oshkosh, Appleton, Stevens Point and Sheboygan. In December 2017 we opened a second location in Oshkosh on Witzel Avenue called NDC Natural Market and this past January 2019 we took over the family stores in Spencer and Marshfield, WI. With all of these interconnected stores we are able to offer a large selection of vitamins, supplements, health and beauty as well as grocery items and restock frequently. Nature’s Best Market, as it is now officially called, is run by Jon’s sister Nikkie as this growing company is proudly family owned and operated.
